
If one match is completed or 90 minutes of continuous play has taken place on Centre Court in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued. There are no exchanges for Premium Series tickets, President's Club/Chairman's Lounge tickets, Champions Packages or complimentary tickets.
In the event that less than one match is completed or there has been less than 90 minutes of continuous play on Centre Court due to weather or other events beyond our control, all paid Level 100, Level 200 and Level 300 Session tickets may be exchanged by the original purchaser for a session on the following day or the ticket value (less processing and delivery charges) may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis at the same year's event. If Sunday finals is cancelled/rained-out, Sunday tickets will be honoured for the rescheduling of the session. Parking, suite and lounge access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on site at the Box Office only. All exchanges are subject to availability.
The ticket portion of paid corporate Executive Suite Packages will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year's event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event.
