
Paid session tickets may be exchanged for the Thursday matinee or Thursday evening session, or the ticket value may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis of this year's event. As ticket inventory is extremely limited, if you are unable to exchange your tickets you may receive a credit for the value of your ticket for the 2009 Rogers Cup in Toronto by mailing your tickets to Tennis Canada by October 1, 2008 to:

THE ONLY PLACE TO EXCHANGE TICKETS IS AT THE BOX OFFICE LOCATED AT THE NORTH END OF REXALL CENTRE.
As is standard practice for North American outdoor tennis events, there are no exchanges for complimentary tickets, Premium Series tickets, Chairman’s Lounge tickets or Champions Packages. All series packages include tickets for every session, and as such, any cancelled session will be played in a later session for which tickets are included in your package. Check rogerscup.com for an updated schedule. Please note that there are no refunds. As a not-for-profit national sports organization, all monies raised through the Rogers Cup is directed towards the development of tennis in Canada.
If one match is completed on Centre Court in any one session, that session is considered complete and therefore no exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued. There are no exchanges for Premium Series tickets, President's Club Series tickets, Champions Packages or complimentary tickets.
In the event that less than one match is completed on Centre Court due to weather or other events beyond our control, all paid Level 100 and Level 300 Session tickets may be exchanged by the original purchaser for a session on the following day or the ticket value may be used as a credit towards a future session of tennis at the same year's event. If Sunday finals is cancelled/rained-out, Sunday tickets will be honoured for the rescheduling of the session. Parking and lounge access is only available for the original sessions purchased. Exchanges take place on site at the Box Office only. All exchanges are subject to availability.
The ticket portion of paid Executive Suite and Marquee Packages will be credited to the original purchaser for the following year's event. Each purchaser will be contacted following the event.
